There are no Words that Describe how Thankful that Our Family is that Dr. Curtis was on Duty the Day My Sister Betsy was Brought into Freeman Hospital. The Amount of Care and Compassion he had for my Sister and Our Whole Family was Top Notch. He was more than a Professional, he was like a Caring Friend. My Sister, Sadly, Passed Away and as Sad as We All were Dr. Curtis made a World of Difference. The Staff at Freeman West was also very Compassionate and Professional. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this Hospital and All the Staff to anyone Needing Care. Bless you All. A Big Hug from Our Family to Yours..

During a very traumatic and scary event in our lives, Dr. Curtis was a light during the dark. My aunt was brought in having a stroke. Dr. Curtis was very professional, polite and up front and honest with our family. Although we did not have the outcome we wanted, Dr. Curtis made sure we were aware and spent as much time with us as we needed. He answered the same questions 100 times and was able to help lighten the mood. I would recommend Dr. Curtis, Nurse Joel and all of the staff at Freeman West ICU in Joplin. They helped our huge family through the worst day of our lives, and we will forever be thankful for all of their care and support not only given to my aunt but also to all of our family. Thank you all!

Dr. Curtis was there when my father came in to the ER back in 2010. He was professional and kind and I've never forgot that kindness. Thank you Dr. Curtis

Amazing doctor I was in the ER the second time in a week week I was in the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life life thank goodness the ER doctors listened and contacted Dr Brian Curtis Curtis who immediately came that morning let me know everything made me feel great and not so worried about surgery surgery he is a very blunt man which I'll take I'd rather hear it like it is is the aftercare has been great great the nurses are very nice couldn't have asked for anything better I finally can walk and move without a sharp pain going in me with every movement thanks to this man.

Dr Curtis did my cervical fusion back in 2020 and he was amazing! I highly recommend him!

I cannot give this man enough stars! I owe my life to Dr. Curtis. He relieved all of my pain in my legs from my lower back issues. I was at a very low point mentally, and as soon as I woke up from surgery and realized I could feel my leg again, I started crying... A 6'4" 280 lb 42 year old man crying. I will recommend him to ANYONE experiencing lower back/leg pain

Dr. Curtis was extremely compassionate. My dad was rushed to the ER in 2010 and I have never forgotten how he explained everything that was happening and was very kind. It's been 13 years and I still remember him. Thank you Dr. Curtis

Dr. Curtis gave me my life back. I had my tlif surgery 3 days ago and before that I was in a wheelchair full time. Now I have full feeling in my legs and I can walk and already home from the hospital. I am in a lot of pain but it is worth it. I promise you this man can and will get you back on your feet. Then on top of that he is very compassionate and kind. You won't regret him doing your surgery. Just remember try to get up as quickly as u can push through the pain. You got this. Thank you Dr. Curtis I owe you my life.
