Relatively short wait times in both getting an appointment and being see at the appointment time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from the moment you walk in until you leave. Dr. Sherrod and his nurse really listen to patients. I have had several eye surgeries and Dr. Sherrod is by far the very best eye surgeon I have seen. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sherrod and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They really take the time to answer questions. I have had several eye surgeries and Dr. Sherrod is by far the best and most friendly. Usually I have seen the doctor within 30 minutes of my appointment time. Which is a short wait considering I am having other tests done while waiting.

Very poor in seeing patients on time arrived for a 08:30 appointment. Still waiting to be seen at 10am. Why make appointment and not be timely in seeing a patient
