Always listens to me and works to develop realistic treatment options.
Dr. Shull and her staff are very competent, caring individuals.
Dr Shull took the time to listen to me, cared about the symptoms I was experiencing, was willing to try different medications to see what worked best for me. She treated me like a person and not a lab result. She is now doing the same for my daughter. My health has finally improved after struggling for years. Thanks to Dr Shull, I am finally starting to feel like myself again.
I have multiple chronic and autoimmune illnesses including Hashimoto’s Thyroid Disease and Type II Diabetes. I am sick 24/7. I have had to cancel four or five appointments in the last six months (cancel not “no show”) due to illness and was dropped as a patient with no thought to the fact that I am out of my medications, including my insulin. I cannot get into another endo for over two months. Can’t wait to see what my thyroid is then. You never see Dr Shull anyway. Just a NP.
Had to cancel an appointment due to a daughter's illness 2/1 - nothing available until JUNE. When I voiced my displeasure, I was fired as a patient. UNACCEPTABLE. No empathy. I suppose we should wait until we HAVE cancer until they're concerned.

This Dr Shull is strictly by the book ONLY and does not listen to her patients when they feel bad and lab work shows a EXTREME changes. If your lab is a .09 from being out of range she will not respond to your needs and lets you know how you feel is not important only the lab work. TSH 1.11 before surgery, 3 mo later 4.11 - feel horrible and she will not do anything to help me - says it is something else and not the TSH change- REALLY!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
