I saw Dr Uppal today for the first time. He strikes me as being caring, concerned, attentive, and thorough. So much better than my old headache specialist. Thank you

Great facility filled with very kind employees and Dr. Uppal has been wonderful. He has helped me take my life back from all of the migraines I use to have.

One star only because I could put a 0. I was seen by Dr. UPPAL 5 years ago. I referred my husband, he is a current patient. We come from Oklahoma. I had a bad MRI and requested Dr. Uppal. After not hearing back for a couple weeks I called to find out Dr. Uppal didnt recieve my referral. I fixed and a week later called and was told it is in review. A week later I call back and was told they are no longer accepting new MS patients. Now Im at a month waiting to be seen. They could have told me this a month ago. I am so disappointed and because of how this was handled will never refer anyone to this office again.

I am not giving a one-star rating because of the doctor. My one-star rating is due to the nurse. In September, I called the receptionist to inquire about a referral that my doctor had sent over following an abnormal MRI. She informed me that they had not received the referral, and I had to call three times to have it resent. Finally, when they acknowledged receipt of the referral, I was told it needed to be reviewed by the nurse, who would either approve it or forward it to the doctor for further approval. When I personally reached out to the nurse, as I am also a nurse, to ask if my referral had been reviewed so I could schedule an appointment, I was met with a dismissive attitude. She basically said she would get to it whenever she felt like it, showing a lack of concern. An abnormal MRI is a serious matter, and not knowing the health outcome is frightening. To be treated rudely and disrespectfully in such a situation is very troubling. It makes me seriously reconsider whether I want to continue using this office with such individuals present.

He is so kind! I have chronic migraines and he has helped so much. Even after the first couple sessions didn't work he said stick with it, it takes time. I'm so glad I did. I am very thankful for him.

I have been going to Dr Uppal for alittle over a year and him and his team have been so amazing. I have struggled with migraines for about 25 years and I finally found someone to listen to me and take my concerns seriously. Dr Uppal is also very good about explaining things in a way that anyone could understand. I am so grateful to finally feel like I have my life back. After starting botox injections about a year ago I went from having several migraines a week some lasting for days to having maybe 2-3 every couple months and they are no where as bad as they used to be. Thank you Dr Uppal for giving me my life back.

Often times it seems “specialty” doctors do not engage in building a “doctor patient” relationship…likely because of time constraints and simple demand of their expertise. Not only is Dr. Uppal knowledgeable in his practice, he is personable and interested in learning about his patient. We trust his word and his medical knowledge completely. (His sense of humor is a bonus!)

The Botox injections I have been getting for my migraines have helped tremendously. I have tried several other treatments and this is the first one that helped me the most. I highly recommend calling Dr.Uppals office for help if you are suffering with headaches/migraines. MW

For the past year, I have seen Dr.Uppal every six weeks for migraine treatment and then a follow up appointment. He has excellent interpersonal skills and is extremely knowledgeable about treating migraines. Since starting Botox injections, I now have 2-4 migraines per month. Before Botox injections, I was having 20-25 migraines per month. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Uppal. His commitment in treating my migraines, has dramatically changed my quality of life.
