James W. Dailey's Online Review Report Card

My mother goes to Dr Dailey so my experience is only taking her for her appointment. The girls working the front desk were friendly and seemed to be on task, but that is where the positive experience ended. My mom's appointment was at 11 so we showed up at 10:30. They want you there at least 15 minutes early and I really don't know why. We sat in the waiting room until 12 and at 12:30 we finally got to see the doctor. Now the doctor apologized for our wait,even though it didn't come across as sincere. I expressed to the doctor that they need to work on keeping to their schedule because I can't think of anyone that wants to hang out at the doctors office an hour or more past their scheduled appointment. My mom said the longest she has been there was 3 hours. If this happened to me often I believe I would find a new doctor.

My first experience with Dr. Dailey and he’s so wonderful! Informative (he provided information on lift assist products) knowledgeable (was very thorough in questions and understanding my needs. He also explained many aspects in great details) Dr. Dailey was polite, and compassionate. He took his time in the room with me to understand my needs. I have seen many Drs in my time since contracting Covid (Including ER, clinics, and being admitted for 9 days). He is by far my favorite! My husband is considering switching from his current provider to Dr. Dailey because he was so impressed with his bedside manner. HIGHLY recommended.

I love Dr Dailey and the staff. They are always very nice, very professional and take care of my medical needs. I moved 3 hrs away but keep coming back to Dr Dailey as my PCP, because when you get a good dr you are comfortable with, you don't want to have to break another one in. The nurses and office staff are also friendly and helpful. I dont know what some of the other reviews are babbling about,saying the office isn't open anymore - of course it is. Or about sanitizing his hands when he shakes hands- it says right in the Mercy rules they have to do it, and anyway, I certainly appreciate him not transferring germs from one patient to another. As far as the girl offended because he wasnt "excepting" patients, doctors can certainly choose not to take on patients or even "fire" patients, as sometimes they aren't a good fit, won't follow recommendations or participate in their own care, but rather think they know more than someone who went to medical school. You notice the reviews are all mostly 5 stars, with a few malcontents dragging the overall rating down by giving one star. I think you can tell what the truth is by the predominantly glowing reviews, effusively happy with our level of care.

I had seen Dr Dailey as a walk in patient over a weekend, and switched to primary care with him after my doctor left. I felt that he listened to my concerns and examined my spine much more than my previous doctor. Ordering X-rays, medicine for inflammation, and physical therapy. These were issues I had with my other doctor who chose to ignore and it got worse. His nurse Summer is a pro at shots, and very helpful. His staff has been great in person and via phone and emails. I am in a better state now that I've switched to his care.

Dr Dailey is very caring and takes time to educate his patients about their issues. The staff is very friendly and kind as well! We enjoy our visits with the Dr.

I dont even know where to begin. I few weeks ago I called to get an appointment set up because my blood pressure had been consistently high for a few months. The drs staff called me back to ask about my symptoms they said they would call me back after speaking to the dr. The never did. I end up calling them and get an appointment scheduled the following day only to have them call and cancel the next morning. On top of this nonsense I was scheduled for a sleep study I wasnt informed till the day before that it was going to cost me $2400. I called and called and called for someone to file a complaint to and they havent called me back on this either. I don't care if there is a pandemic going on, if you say your going to call some one back the do it! They also have this maddening habit of calling and leaving no message whatsoever. In this day and age with all the robots callers who picks up the phone on a number they don't know or recognize.

Nice doctor has great insight into people I didn't think I was depressed but he could tell I was and I followed his instructions and started taking the meds and I can honestly say I feel better less stressed feeling and feel more happy. Thanks doc!!

Great caring doctor.

Dr. D is awesome! He is kind and thorough. He has cared for us for almost 2 decades. This facility is located in the adjoining building of Academy.

Dr Dailey is the worst doctor I have ever met. I came in with swollen lymph nodes on the back of my neck that was causing me some pain. He stepped in the room, squirted a heaping handful of hand sanitizer on his hands and instead of him sanitising his own hands he stuck his hand out to shake my hand making me feel like someone who's been walking the streets with no showers for months... I only go to the doctor if I have too. Which has only been once (him) since I had my daughter 6 years ago. He proceeded to tell me how I jump doctors, which if he ever actually read the charts, he would of notificed dates and reasons why. I would never recommend him to anyone as he belittles people. Maybe I am the only one he was a a hole too. Who knows... But I will never return.
