Dr. Brothers is a wonderful eye care practitioner but his office staff leaves much to be desired. They do not know how to bill insurance correctly and charge patients triple what they should then you have to fight to get your money back.

Dr Brothers is pleasant, knowlwdgable and takes time to communicate well and answer questions. The office staff is the drawback. They are not reliable to notify you are incoming contacts or glasses, or to return calls, nor are they extremely friendly. Expect voicemail. The eye care is good but the office staff needs better management.
