Dr. Nichols did fusion surgery on my neck in 2011 and it is still in solid condition. 2024 did Lumbar discectomy and it made a world of difference. Still in recovery stage but I highly recommend Dr. Nichols as a Neurologist for anyone who wants quality, honesty and good communication involved in your surgery.

She performed a surgery on me several years ago and damaged a nerve in my neck. When I asked her what could be done to fix it, she said, nothing. I have lived in severe pain and numbness from the base of my skull and halfway down my right arm ever since, having to take pain medication daily. I didn’t even get an apology. I’ve been taking pain medication every day since she damaged my nerve. My activities are drastically reduced. I didn’t even get an apology. Before we figured out what happened, I couldn’t get out of my hospital bed to walk because of the pain (I’ve never been a wimp until then) and she told me that if I didn’t get up and walk, the nurses would be in trouble. So, be careful when you make your choice. Btw, I was turned down by 3 local law offices when I tried to file a law suit. I was wondering if she had a “connection” with them.

Hey the doctor here and her entire staff have just been wonderful to us. Maybe the bad review's I saw were more the people writing them than here???? I would strongly recommend this Doctor if your in pain and need help. Imma feeling pretty good about being in her care.

While the nurses and staff are fantastic. The Dr herself makes you feel rushed. She instills no confidence to her patience by her over eager surgery attitude. Perhaps some bedside manners should be taught to her!

Very knowledgable. Kind. Caring. Wants the best for your care throughout the entire process. This is my 2nd surgery with her. Staff is also knowledgeable and caring.
