List of Renee A. Walker's Reviews
Dr. Walker was great she did my tonsils and adenoids when i was 13, did my little brothers and is doing my daughters coming soon.
Three of my grandchildren are patients of Dr. Walker and you couldn't ask for a better doctor or surgeon. She is thorough, compassionate, and talks with my grandchildren during exams which in my opinion relaxes them for the exam. Her nurse is also great with kids! Two have had tonsils removed, one had tubes in ears as well, and one getting tonsils removed this summer. I wouldn't have anyone else treat our kids. Appointment wait times are reasonable, office is very clean, and friendly staff. One of the three children gets allergy shots here as well, Patti is one of the most caring nurses I have ever met. She treats my granddaughter like family and is an exceptional nurse. I highly recommend Dr. Walker and her staff.
Dr Walker was rude didn't return MRI scan Promised to put me in more pain than I had ever feel she did help me at all Just awful appointment no customer service
Checking on insurance, etc. Lady at desk was abrupt and less than helpful, showing little or no compassion for a potential patient. I will keep looking.
Tracy Carpenter, Office Manager, went as far as to say that if Dr. Walker visually sees a person, with her eyes, that person will be charged. I asked, “even if she doesn’t talk to them or cannot provide any assistance?” Tracy responded with yes. Please, for anyone reading this, please keep this in mind.
When I asked for a call back from the office manager or Dr. Walker, I never received one. When finally talking with Tracy, she made the excuse that the billing clerk was new. Tracy even went as far as to tell me that her parents see Dr. Walker, wait, is that a HIPAA violation? Probably not, but shows that they fly by the seat of their pants with their excuses. I guess it’s always possible that the next time someone complained, for them to disclose that you (the person reading this) is also a patient of Dr. Walker’s and you’ve never complained either. I questioned what services I was paying for and when I said that I was dissatisfied, Tracy replied, “Well, I go out to eat often and I never complain about my meals.” Tracy is full of excuses and does not take accountability for anything that happens in that office. The last time I spoke to Tracy, she said smugly, “I thought you were calling the Better Business Bureau?” All I wanted, was to talk to Dr. Walker, but Tracy wouldn’t allow it.
Dr Walker diagnosed my problems and after very successful sinus surgery I can breathe better than I ever have. Highly recommended Dr Walker and her staff.
Her and her staff think they are entitled and the final authority.
She had put three sets of ear tubes in my kid . Then she decided simi permanent would do the trick. They felll out just after a year and a half. She then decided permanent ones would absolutely work and stated to me and the dad that if they fell out within 3 years she'd replace them. They fell in less than a year. She refused to replace them as promised. She claimed there are no guarantees and it was my fault for smoking. I smoke outside my house, never inside, and never in our vehicle. She then said the cigarette residue on my clothing caused allergies in my child, and neither those tubes nor any tubes would stay in. So, I fired her. Then a few weeks later she sends is a letter stating that she has decided that she will no longer accept us as patients! Lol. Hard to *quit* when you've already been relieved! We now see Dr. McClintick and he is THE BEST! She was constantly rude to my child who had ADHD and is Pediatric Bipolar as well. My child never acted up in her office but he would interrupt to ask questions. Not random questions, questions about the surgery! Anyways, we are much happier now, and my 2nd child is now getting ear tubes through Dr. McClintick, who is nice to moms and children!
Dr walker listens and sympathizes with the discomfort of her patients. She explains her plans to help resolve your problems.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
