I went there for 12 years and still no one knew my name. I saw 2 nps there and they were not good healthcare providers. Wouldn’t refer me when needed. Ignored symptoms of certain health conditions. Were not friendly at all. I then started seeing dr browning and he was nice but ignored things. The office for years was disorganized w constantly changing staff. Freeman took over and it improved greatly. Do not recommend them bc their healthcare providers are not good!!

Last experience was my parent, who has seen this doctor for years, and had faith in his care. She was told to go to the ER, from his office apt. He could have ordered the same tests as an outpatient. There are a few doctors in my family and this was nothing but laziness on his part, as they shared.

2021 Dr. Browning's practice is now fully integrated with Freeman Hospital System. I have been a patient for 20 years and find the Dr. to be very professional, cautious, and diligent.

Dr. Browning has recently returned to be under the control of Freeman Health. I have been a patient for over 5 years and it was a great office but now Dr Browning has become a figure head with a office manager keeping patients insulated away from the Dr. She is inept and non-caring. She decides when she wants to prescribe medicine not fulfilling the 30 day refill.

Office is clean and smells fresh. Staff is all new they are great and care greatly for their patients. Highly recommend this office. Timely refills and call backs.

Sorry to have to say this, but his time has past. Katy is gone, staff has turned over except for Sandra ( nurse practitioner). was very disappointed in my treatment, It seemed he didn't remember what I had told him minutes earlier. Pharmacy could not decipher his prescription (for the third time in a row).... Don't know who to go to now. Keeps all paper records , office runs on early 90's technology. Waiting room that used to be full, now is sparse, I guess I am slow to figure this out.
