Scott Eric Litwiller's Online Review Report Card

I am continually ignored by the personnel in this office. They fail to report the results of my tests to me and 3 weeks afterward when I call, still say they will call me later with results. They send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and for the wrong amount. They delayed my first appointment for 3 months so that I could see a Dr. instead of a nurse, since I told them I am elderly and have a serious antibiotic-resistant infection, and then just before I went in they called me to say the Dr. was out of town and I was to see the nurse. I stayed with the nurse practitioner my first several months at this clinic, and when I finally saw a urologist (Litwiller) he commented that the treatment the nurse had given me is usually not effective. But he hasn't done anything to cure my infection either.

Dr. Litwiller was great!! He answered my questions & was forthcoming with all the information regarding my surgery. Staff in the office were wonderful & my appointment was on time. And he's cute!!

Dr Litwiler was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and concerned for my well-being. He included my husband in the conversation and decision making after explaining all my options. We opted to defer to his professional opinion on the best course of treatment. He asked if we needed time to discuss and pray about it. We had already discussed and prayed. I am looking forward to having a pain free intimate relationship with my husband and, not have to worry about incontinence in public places.Dr Litwiler and his entire staff has been wonderful. I'll update after my surgery as to how it goes. I'm expecting great results!

I only had to wait 15 minutes for him in the waiting room and he was into see me in no time at all when they brought me to the back. I’ve been to many doctors in my time and he can tell you more than a Primary care physician can. If you are having Uroligical issues. See this Doctor!!! He is VERY knowledgeable and informative. He’s very quick too. He can tell you what’s wrong or isn’t wrong in a matter of minutes and will tell you exactly fly what you need. I was skeptical at first and I will say that the staff that sets the appointments could be better but please don’t let that dissuade you from seeing him. Dr. Litwiller and his staff that work for him in the back are very nice and understanding to your needs. My visit was very fast. I was in and out in no time and could not believe everything that I had been trying to gather from other doctors for months was able to be answered by Dr. Litwiller in just a few minutes of a quick exam and a U.A. He’s Great! I’m picky when it comes to this type of stuff too.

Dr. Litwiller was very thorough in his testing and evaluation of several urologic and pelvic problems I was having post- hysterectomy. He suggested a treatment that was conservative while taking into consideration my opinion of how severely symptoms had affected my quality of life. I am very appreciative of his expertise.

I had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Litwiller. He listened to me and I felt heard. I had a horrible experience with my last doctor and this doctor not only heard my concerns, but he took the time to calm my fears and explain each step of the procedure with me. I would Highly recommend this doctor

Very impressed by Dr. Litwiller and his staff. I had a thorough exam and he answered several questions and was forthcoming with additional information. Very helpful and professional. Excellent care.

This man is an arrogant pig. He interrupt me, did not listen to anything I had to say, and finally misdiagnosed me. Found out later from a decent and caring physician that I had a non curable disease. Because of “Dr.” Litwiller, I didn’t receive any treatment for months which made my condition so serious that I couldn’t work. He should be working at WalMart or anywhere where he cannot hurt people anymore.

Waited for an hour to get in a room only for the nurse to tell me that he would not assist my elderly mother with her implanted bladder device unless she went through series of unnecessary tests. This was not a difficult request we were asking of him. WON'T be going back or referring ANYONE to dr. Litwiller. What an unprofessional jerk. I think the starch in his scrub jacket has soaked into his brain causing atrophy! he should strongly consider another line of work if he won't help patients
