Receptionist only looked up at me once - when taking my credit card for payment. The woman who took me back to the waiting room was downright unfriendly and clearly has no interest in developing any social skills. The nurse practitioner, Stephanie, was the only positive part of the experience. She seemed knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me understand my condition and medications. I won't see the doctor until later this month, so that will be the deciding factor of whether I continue to go there. I can deal with a poor staff if the medical professionals are worth it, but they should really consider hiring office personnel and assistants that give a better first impression. Also, I waited almost 40 minutes after my appointment time before I was finally seen. I doubt they would be as understanding if I showed up that late.

I was in need of an heart ablation....he took excellent care of me...I no longer have heart problems. Along with Dr. Deedy they made an excellent team. I am doing very well since my ablation...it has been about 5 years ago.
