I have no idea why anyone would give this doctor anything except 5 stars. She was extremely kind and patient with me and took extra time to listen to everything I needed to tell her. She was also very thorough and went the extra mile to ensure that my condition was treated properly. She explained everything to me in layman terms and allowed me to ask questions. She even promised to call me with test results even though it was going to be her day off. I can honestly say she was the best ER doctor "experience" I have ever had.
