Best ED doctor ever! She never seemed rushed and has an excellent bedside manor. I felt that we were a team in the decision making process for my care in the ED. Thank you Dr. Olsen!

I would give her 0 stars if I could. Misdiagnosised me even with diagnostic test. Dismissive and unprofessional. 5 years later iI am still dealing with issues due to her incompetence.

The worst most rude, insensitive and condescending doctor I have ever encountered at Truman Medical Center in 7 years. She did not help me with my pain, turned me away with something I already had and basically said tough luck. Came back that night and another Doctor took great care of me the PROPER way which was Dr. Christensen, he is amazing and actually CARED. She on the other hand could care less and it was apparent when she walked in the room. I have complained about her to the proper dept

This Doctor should be avoided. She is clearly angry and unhappy. She does no listen , passes judgement, and holds no compassion. She needs to reexamine her choice in the medical field. Dangerous personality for a doctor. Ask for another doctor.

One of the most hateful doctors I've ever met. She talks down to her patients, and even the staff. She seems very passive agressive, and believes its her way or no way. The nurses always seem to be waiting on her. If I keep running into her, I will complain to the healing arts board.
