Somebody that listens and develops a plan with patient input. Demonstrates a caring attitude, somewhat difficult to schedule appointment. Communicating with nurses sometimes confusing with delayed feedback. Clinic visits always clear and on time.

Dr. Austin listens, cares about the health of her patients. She spends time necessary to ascertain my concerns. I have faith in her diagnosing my care.

Really think she needs more experience or needs to make sure she follows up with her patients...was given a medication that test results came back showing didn't need this strong and caused numerous very uncomfortable side effects after 2 weeks called and she said you didn't really need this once the results were gotten. Very poor service but she sure got her money
