Best oral surgeon I could ever recommend!

They scheduled a surgery for my son, had a dental plan for him, etc... then after rescheduling twice do to their covid policy, we finally get to take my son to get his teeth fixed after doing a covid test, waiting for over 2 hours to get him in the chair and then they send some random surgeon in the room that refused to do the surgery & turned him away (even after their own other surgeons scheduled the appointment & insurance approved) they had his charts, his age info, his xrays, etc...prior to the surgery for almost a year and they never called to cancel..had us waste a day doing a covid test then another day coming in for the surgery that never happened.They did not discuss ANY alternatives to the surgery to help my son nor did they act in a professional manner knowing they had no intention to do the very surgery that they scheduled themselves! My son left crying and in distress and this was supposed to be a happy moment in his life to finally have “normal” looking & functioning teeth!! This was by far one of the WORST experiences ever and I’d urge everyone to stay away from this clinic!!!

Dr. Ferguson is one of the kindest practitioners I have ever met. He has performed surgery on my wife now twice and has taken the most greatest care of her. He even took me aside to take a good amount of time to explain how the surgery went, what to expect and how to care for her afterwards and even made some small talk. Great doctor even better person thank you!

Dr. Bret Ferguson did double jaw surgery on me Oct. 22, 2019. The results are amazing. I had no bruising, and the swelling was very little compared to most. I follow over 4k members on a Facebook group of people that have had this same surgery and I was looking better in 6 days than most in there 3 month mark. I would say hes one of the best in the world. I'm very lucky to have him do my jaw surgery.

Dr.Ferguson is an arrogant egotistical jerk with a God complex. Even when I was in tremendous pain he refused services and any type of pain medicarion. He need to have his license revoked. He is also rude uncaring, combative. He saw exactly why I was in so much pain and refused to do ANYTHING to help. All he wantrf to do was argue, even though it was obvious a metal plate in my jaw was shifting and the screws were coming out he still refused to do anything stating that i would be fine because I was stable. Two months later saw a different specialist and had to have a complete mandible reconstruction. Ferguson was just lazy to even try it.

Dr Ferguson pulled my wisdom teeth years ago, but he was the most gentlest and calming, no pain and I would recommend him to anyone.

I do not have a problem with Dr. Ferguson or the staff. I do have a problem with then phone system. You never get the option of talking with a person. I have called several times and each time I choose a different option but never get through. I left a message on a Thursday afternoon and was suppose to hear back within 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from them

I love Dr. Ferguson been going to him for 20 years now
