He is cocky and arrogant as if he will never be a patient in his life. A medical degree doesn't make anyone an exception to experience medical dilemma. His disregard for others by evidence of his lack of emotional intelligence is disgusting. He does not believe in having a trusting, therapeutic patient provider relationship, per his words. I truly believe that I would not have both of my wonderful sons if it wasn't for the help of Dr. Starks. He is an amazing doctor! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind! And I always felt like Dr. Starks was honest, straightforward and genuinely caring!

He was always kind & compassionate. I got pregnant & carried 2 children with his help. He did 3 surgeries on Mr also. I am pleased with it all.

Dr Starks has come into my life in two stages -- once to address infertility which he did with patience, compassion, and success (18 years ago) and then again a couple of years ago when breast cancer drugs caused a side effect requiring a hysterectomy (which he did swiftly and with care) . I was referred to him both times because he's so well respected and professional. I found him to be kind, selfless, honest, and positive. I'm crazy about him. Good bedside manner and a brilliant communicator.

I had a consultation, after which I thought that Dr Starks was a genius, but it went downhill from there. At a return visit, I was supposed to have a procedure but was unable to and when I brought up my valid concerns about the procedure, I was treated poorly. I am seeking care elsewhere.
