I am a resident here and the nurse aid who was verbally abusive and a bully towards me and made fun of me has the right to more training while I apparently do not have the right to feel safe. I made 2 additional specific complaints to Devin today and he told me I should find another facility and leave this one.

These people almost let my dad die, heis blood sugar dropped due to no feeding or too much insulin i was told

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Ran terribly. Employees are bad. They have 1 cna trying to take care of 26 patients. The management should be ashamed. I do not recommend!!

My brother was a patient there and it was a negative experience. The therapist was good, however, as well as some of the nursing staff. The problem was with the the night shift nurse who was supposed to care for him. On one night she refused to give him medication or check his blood sugar. He was frightened of her, as she was abusive and uncaring and even threatened him physically. I would hope that this facility would take some sort of action to stop this woman from harming any other patients, but this does not seem to be the case.

I would rate with less than one star if possible. Call lights are not answered in a timely manner -- if at all. Doctor orders are completely ignored. My mother is not always gotten out of bed, especially on weekends. On those days, she receives no assistance with oral hygiene. When aides do get her up, she is left in wheelchair for 10-12 hours with no toileting. She asks to use the bedpan and is told to just use the brief but is not changed.

I have worked at this location since Nov. 1, 2020. I love coming here everyday and I am extremely proud of it. Leadership is very involved with all residents and employees from top to bottom. I would send my loved ones here if they needed rehab.

As I prepare to leave Ignite Carondelet for the second time, I have to drop a few words of appreciation. Rehab has brought me a long way. They have me up on my feet and well on my way to a speedy recovery. Thanks to Eric and Rebecca, who have compassion for their patients. They not only helped me with my rehab but also helped me out of an embarrassing situation. Let's not forget Dr. Stephens and Nurse Rhonda, who have worked their magic on my wounds. They are a fantastic team. Let us not forget Devin and Adam, who tries desperately to solve your problem and see to the patient care needs. Let us not forget Bo, who hard to provide nutritional food.
