Ignite Medical Resort Kc Northland's Online Review Report Card

I was released today from Ignite in the Northland and have nothing but good things to say about my stay. I entered rehab with a rebuilt elbow and a fractured hip.While there, the kitchen staff was wonderful in helping me put on 5 pounds. Amber in occupational therapy worked hard to be certain I could do such things as showering, dressing, and such. She faithfully came and helped me become independent in these activities. Alyssa in PT helped with learning how to safely navigate moving around safely. Sam was great at welcoming me, Debbie RN took good care of me at night. Trevor RN was also awesome. I wish I could think of everyone else. If you want to get better this is the place.

Ignite on Barry Road worked miracles on my mother after she suffered a stroke. We are forever greatful for each and every member of the staff.My mother also suffers from dementia which makes rehabilitation a difficult task as she lacks the cognitive skills it takes to form new habits. The staff was extra sensitive and went the extra mile to build her strength and rehabilitate her. Elissa worked so week with mom and made a huge impact on my mother.The nursing staff was amazing... especially Katherine. , her and my mother formed a special bond... our family is eternally greatful for her living kindness.Someone else to care for your loved one, there are always expectations that cannot be met.A few incidencesWe did have the required attentionWe're taking care of by Sam with great expertise.For everything you have doneSincerely,The family of Beverly Connally

All people are great, always in great moods. Makes for a better stay. Nursing, CNA's, housekeeping, Kelsey with all the activities to do everyday. The front desk girls who great you with smiles and Sam on the ball. All the therapy people, Keeley, Kaley, all the K's, lol. Everyone is tremendous 👏👍😀. A great place for help from everyone. The love of my life was a Guest at this facility and I would like to recognize Bri and Nacole. They were always so helpful, caring and kind to my husband. Cathy and Marquece also got to know him and were able to joke with him. We had beautiful experience here.Thank you all!

The employees who work the guest sign in desk ALWAYS have a big smile and positive greeting, but the main reason for my high rating is CNA Bianca Parks. She takes such good care of people, and always with such good humor. It is so hard for my mom to say goodnight each evening and leave her husband, unless Bianca is there. She seems to understand and reassures my mom and helps her husband feel so safe and cared for, Ignite is very lucky to have such a caring employee working for them, and my family is very grateful for her.

This is my second stay at this facility. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful.

My Mom was just there about 11 days. She needed rehab from a mild stroke. The staff was very warm, caring, and knowledgeable. It’s always scary to choose a place to entrust your family. I’m thankful for Ignite in helping Mom get back to her assisted living/memory care place!

I have been to Ignite several times! They are amazing at everything they do. All their staff are friendly and super helpful. Good food with many options! Excellent rehab techs who know what they are doing.Thank you all for making my stay nothing short of perfect.Roger

This is a great place for anyone that’s looking for excellent nursing staff.They are marvelous and very helpful staff who care about their patients.
