So bad form desk service

Had an appointment with Dr. Hall on a Saturday at Kansas City CARE clinic a couple of weeks ago. Waited 30 minutes in a room, and no one checked on me until an intern peeked his head and asked if I'd been helped. Then, another doctor came in to help. I never saw Dr. Hall and never received an explanation as to why he didn't show up. Weird.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Hall on a Saturday at the Kansas City CARE clinic, and I waited for 30 minutes in one room without anyone attending to me. Eventually, an intern or someone asked if I'd been helped, and I said I hadn't. Then, another doctor came in to help me, but it wasn't Dr. Hall. Not really sure what happened to Dr. Hall. It wasn't explained to me about Dr. Hall's disappearance or who the new doctor was, or even why the switch happened. I left the clinic over and hour after my appointment, even though I showed up 20 minutes early. I must have only spoke face to face for about 5-10 minutes. Very strange experience. I'd hope it's a one-off, but the clinic truthfully didn't seem very organized to me, nor did Dr. Hall, whom I still haven't heard from.

I love Dr. Hall so much he has really been there for me!! When I was so miserable and in constant pain he said he was going to fix it and he did I wish I could do something major for him!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hall's and also an employee many years ago and I can say from both sides of experience that Dr. Hall is the dermatologist I would recommend to any one. He's kind, patient and knowledgeable. He treats his patients and his staff wonderfully. And he also has a great sense of humor. He has visited hospitals to "trick or treat" in reverse, sick kids and even dress up for the part and all with a smile on his face.

From the comments, you all are correct, Dr. Hall does not accept new patients, but he does have a walk in clinic the first Friday of every month!!
