The ER was great but after they took me to rm 1011 it turned into a nightmare. I’ve never in my life been treated like I was. The beeping noises from the IV machine kept beeping they also put an alarm on my bed. That threw me into a full blown panic attack. I asked for one of my Xanax and the nurse brought me one but the pill was only a quarter of what I take that upset me big time. They did the same thing with my pain medication. It was ridiculous.
My wife spent a week at St. Luke's and everyone who worked there was GREAT!
Do not work here as a traveler or as an African American individual. Don't work here period. The minute I wouldn't allow them to use me and ignore the rules of my contract, they cancelled my contract. No one ever answers a phone or is available to meet with you when you have any issues. The call is horrible and when you have questions about how they are treating you, they get rid of you. Very unprofessional and uncaring facility who will pretend they care as long as you let them treat you like a slave and work all the hours their regular permanent staff isn't willing to and for less pay than was agreed to in your contract.
I went today to visit my dear friend who has been like a mother to me and she has been in ICU for a few days now and she has been a great parent when mine weren't there for me to go to in my life and I am very sad about the fact that I am not able to visit her because I am not a relative by blood and I can assure you Patsy Watters finds out that one of her children was denied her presence because I didn't lie and I was denied
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone this hospital is terrible they need all new staff members more friendly and compassionate people I know no one here likes there job I don’t feel safe In the care hospital with people like this most uncomfortable experience ever PLEASE DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CARE
I Sheldon Jackson would like to complain about security who who overstepped boundaries to place a trespassing violation against me when I was there with my mother who was coming in for an appointment. I would like to further go into details in which I was asked to leave for listening to music(listening to music) and asked to turn it down a little by security once done they blatantly harassed me about turning down more & more after complying the first 2 times I felt harassed after already doing so.....which led furthermore up to the police being called and them saying I was trespassing......

This hospital on the plaza is s**ty. They don't care about your love ones. Take your love one to either south location or east. Way much better care and professionalism.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
