He's a very good doctor. My friends and family go to him .... He's been my Doctor for MANY years!!!!
Good doctor who knows how to listen and never makes you feel hurried.
Terrible Doctor and not someone to go to with any mental health issues. My wife and I just moved back to Missouri and she has been on the same meds for a few years, we went to him to establish a new Dr here and he dismissed everything about her. He looked at her meds and laughed and said he didn’t believe in mental health issues and that he wouldn’t refill her meds. Literally forcing her to go through withdrawals because he “doesn’t believe in mental illness”. He also dismissed a handful of other issues going on with her and then said “god bless” with an underhanded tone when he didn’t like her not wanting children.
Excellent doctor, have been a patient of his for over 25 years. He has seen my kids and ex husband. Very friendly, charming, takes the time to explain things to me in detail. Was very understanding when I hurt my back and referred me to pain specialist right away that could help me. Will be so upset when he retires. It is hard to find a good doctor.
Was a patient for over two years, he prescribed me an anxiety medication for stress/anxiety/panic attacks. He was easy to talk to, but it was always a rush situation to get me out. Never went over any results with me for the 2 yearly physicals I had. After my last visit, the anxiety medication I was on did not show up in the urine analysis I had taken on my previous visit. Without even listening to me or opting to have me take a more reliable test, he yelled at me, called me a liar, walked out and I later got a certified letter that himself nor anyone else at Encompass can see me. Very unprofessional and poor bedside manor. I thought after over two years I had built a rapport with him, but after the last visit I have never felt as insulted or demeaned in life.
Yelled at and called a liar because of a false test. Kicked out of his office and received a certified letter that he nor anyone at Encompass can treat me.

He is just terrible. Over prescribes meds to get you out the door. Bad at listening. Does the minimum for his patients.
Terrible. Doesn't listen well, hurries you through your appointment, only does the minimum to get you back out the door. It's my experience (and the experience of others I know who have gone to him) that he doesn't take women seriously either. I don't see the compassion for his patients.
Avoid him if you can. Rushes you out the door, doesn't listen well - he just wants to talk at you. In my experience (and others I know who have gone to him) he doesn't take women very seriously. He really only does the bare minimum for his patients, he cares more about your money than truly caring for his patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
