Very kind and caring doctor. Personable and extremely thorough. Most of his patients love him as he is very evidence based and always is great at describing my illness.
I'm on my second visit, and Dr. Reddy has been fantastic. Over the years, I've been referred to multiple psychiatrists, and you'll find the experience at One Life Psychiatry is very different. 1) The intake process is thorough, and your answers are actually graded by Dr. Reddy and studied prior to meeting him. 2) You'll be educated about your symptoms and medications, and explain his reasoning before sending you off. 3) Dr. Reddy genuinely cares about the field and treating patients. He's actively trying to determine the best treatment for you and the root cause of your mental health.
Dr Reddy adjusted my medications immediately and I feel like the fog has lifted. Intake is extremely thorough and streamlined. He is kind and explains things fully. Highly recommend.
I wasn't sure about starting with a new doctor, but I rolled the dice and got very lucky. Dr. Vilash Reddy is extremely knowledgeable about medications and mental health. We talked through my concerns and issues and he actually listened, unlike most of the treatment centers I have been subjected too. I feel more like a patient with him instead of a lab rat, like he actually cares about whether I am happy/content/functioning or not. So far after one visit, my sleep has improved. I was on a medication before that I thought was the best I could do for me, but this new one is great and it doesn't make me feel drowsy. I wake up feeling refreshed, without any PTSD nightmares. It's been a game changer. Also he doubled my anti-depressant (after listening to me discuss my past trauma for an hour) , which my previous doctor had not even entertained. I am meeting with him again today and I can't wait to share all the good news. Thanks Dr. Reddy! -- Tina
I rarely write reviews, but the level of dismissiveness I experienced from Dr. Reddy’s clinic demands public attention. I came in as a patient with a confirmed ADHD diagnosis (F90.2), supported by a formal psychological evaluation I paid for out of pocket and six years of stable treatment. I was simply seeking a new provider to continue my care—not to “start from scratch,” redo my diagnosis, or have my medical history ignored. Instead of being met with collaboration or even basic professionalism, I was told—condescendingly—that the doctor “doesn’t just refill medications” and “starts over from scratch.” When I clearly and respectfully explained I wasn’t looking to redo anything, I was hit with a cold, one-line response: “OK, that’s your choice.” That’s the full extent of the “care” I received: a dismissive, passive-aggressive brush-off. This kind of interaction is exactly what’s wrong with our country’s healthcare system—patients who’ve already done the hard work to advocate for themselves are met with arrogance instead of support, judgment instead of compassion. If you’re looking for real continuity of care, collaboration, or a provider who actually listens, look elsewhere. I expected a professional. Instead, I got a reminder of how broken our system is when gatekeeping and ego take priority over patient health. Do better.
Our family moved here from Florida and we needed to find a psychiatrist for our 13 yo to help with his ADHD. Dr. Reddy has been so wonderful with his approach and care for our son. I am an RN so I am not a novice when it comes to healthcare and I can say that my husband and I are quite pleased with Dr. Reddy. He’s extremely knowledgeable about mental health issues and with the pros and cons of different medications used for treatment. I would recommend Dr. Reddy one thousand percent!
Im very grateful to have found dr. Reddy. He's been a massive help in so many ways. He actually listens to your thoughts, opinions and takes them into consideration while taking the necessary time to truly hear you and your experiences.
Best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen! Never rushes the appointment, very empathetic and helpful.
Dr. Reddy has been a blessing to my family. We have been through doctors that wouldn’t listen and continued to fail in properly medicating our family. 10/10 recommend Dr. Reddy listens and helps his patients
Good advice. Great bedside manor. All in all a good person

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
