Raymond Rizzi's Online Review Report Card

I am currently under treatment for bunion correction surgery. Dr Rizzi has been one best Dr’s I have ever had. His compassion for his patients is very evident. He is always willing to listen to my questions/concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointments. Surgery is hard for patients both mentally and physically. I always left my appointments reassured my recovery was on tract. I highly recommend him!

I had surgery on my heel by Dr. Rizzi on September 18,2020 at Centerpointe Hospital in Independence. It was a simple procedure and supposedly no after effects in a year at the longest. I am a year and a half since the surgery. I have had countless tests on my leg at my expense. The nerve damage is so severe I have drop foot and such severe spasms on my foot and leg,it makes me cry. He initially in his notes blamed the guy who did my nerve blocker in the hospital. He wants no fingers pointed at him. He is handsome and charismatic and he makes you feel at ease. He told me when I went in for surgery ,he would cut the tendon in one place and reattach it. When I came out he had cut it in two places took it out and reattached it. DO NOT LET HIM GET YOUR BUSINESS

I had a 5th metatarsal displaced fracture in 2018. Dr. Rizzi did an amazing job with a tough break position. He tells it like it is. I highly recommend him. Don't be afraid to ask questions or for clarification. He's a nice guy too.

He's an excellent surgeon

Dr. Rizzi did an ankle replacement on me January 2010. He changed my life .when other surgeons wanted to fuse my ankle..he gave me a working ankle . I have been walking and dancing ever since.. . I highly recommend him!!

Started surgery on me when I was 11 messed up 4 times I was on and off of crutches until I was 16... Now the bone is dieing in my big toe from being exposed so many times and I have to have a bone graft taken from my hip to hopefully save it.

This doctor is one of a kind! He had great bedside manner and was willing to explain everything to me in non medical terms. He called me back personally when I called his office and even returned my call when it was at 8pm. My ankle feels amazing! I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Doctor Rizzi's for over five years. He has treated me as an inpatient as well as in his office for everything from a broken ankle to Osteomyelitis of the foot requiring multiple amputations during that time. I have never been treated with anything but professionalism and kindness from Doctor Rizzi and the members of his staff. Doctor Rizzi has always taken the time to explain any diagnosis as well as treatment options available to me. He also is very patient and will never rush you through asking questions. He is not the type of Doctor to ever suggest surgery unless it is the last resort. Doctor Rizzi is very well respected within the hospitals in which he has privilidges. This is incredibly helpful and reassuring if you have a condition of the foot like an infection that requires a consult with other specialists. Doctor Rizzo is able to work together with the best specialists. Doctor Rizzi goes out of his way to do what's best for his patients.
