This place has been a literal life saver anytime I've needed them. They have help with applying to state benefits, and they will help you pay for meds if you can't afford them. They've covered all 5 of mine at least 3 times now, I cannot thank them enough

I used to see Megan and she was the best. After she left I was told because I had no further issues, she would leave me refills. I Went to try to refill my medication and was informed I had none. So I call rediscover and was told they had discharged me without my knowledge or consent. Now I'm stranded in another state in a hurricane and I can't get medication. The response I got from the receptionist was "sorry, nothing I can do. See someone out there" like it's even an option right now. Really exceptional behavioral healthcare!

Placed on new meds and then dropped from services a month after acclimating to them. Psychiatrist refused telehealth. Cant describe this as nothing less than malicious. Id expect a mental health provider to have some understanding of mental health issues.

0 stars! Terrible place. Super rude and nasty attitude. Carla and her nurse are not professional at all. I was treated bad because I am Hispanic. I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Then the Carla said she had “limited time” so we had to rush through the appointment. I absolutely do not recommend this terrible place. The place was also dirty and nasty. Smells disgusting.

This place set me backwards but it seemed to be my only option. I think they are unhealthy and unprofessional and even my spirit did not like their practices. I hope God tears them down to rebuild them the right way. They are not helping but hurting and it is wrong and should be illegal.
