I have multiple mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. given that and my financial situation, I have required Case Management services for 15 years. this has been the only availability within the encatchment of my home address, and I've been under their care for 7 to 8 months. I have an extremely stressful life and had a solid 5 month. of suicidal ideation, multiple times daily. I told everyone that works in the case management team, with which i had contact, every time I saw them. no offer of assistance came my way, besides a phone number. I was very disappointed to be, many times over, told falsehoods about what my services would entail, as well as the team leader insisting that I no longer expect case management services in the definition of that which it has been for the last 15 years and that the only things which I could receive assistance with were very restricted and completely unhelpful. as I am without an emotional support system. I count on my case manager for resources and the ability to eat, the ability to obtain health appointments, and sometimes get to them, and the necessities of life that most people take for granted. in 6 months I have achieved no goals whatsoever, beside the occasional trip to a food pantry or the grocery store and those happen less than once a month. my case manager is domineering and gaslighting, and her team leader has nothing to say about a case manager treating a client in such a fashion, besides excuses & empty commitments. this organization has held me back from many many resolutions of chronic health issues I've been trying to resolve. they also have absolutely no interest whatsoever in treating you as a client or patient. you must constantly walk on eggshells & be under a huge judgmental microscope and never mention the shortcomings, but regularly be told that your professional expectations of competency in any sense is rude and that it makes your case manager upset that you have no other resources. one of the case managers jobs is to assist one in finding resources. I am speaking only of the case management team at this place. the people in other departments, except for psychiatrists and therapists, are professional, capable, committed, and competent. I hope you will keep this in mind if you have reason to be given no choice but this psychotic nightmare for your case management.
I love this place I've been going here since 2016
I regret needing to post this. It's serious enough I need to. My son who is getting help at this location for PTSD and some other issues. Experienced a terrible situation in group today at this location. His counselor who's trust he'd gained told the group about his past extreme trauma and that he needed to just get over it. The trauma he needed to just get over involved his dad trafficking him at age 5-7 for profit during his visits with his dad. It was a very traumatic Time. My kid and needed to get help from an organization that deals with human trafficking internationally to get away from that past situation. Before this incident I'd mentioned a situation were my son experienced discrimination by someone above my sons counselors position. I don't know if this is what prompted my sons treatment in group or not. Of course this situation will be discussed with the appropriate professionals and those in the type of positions who can make a positive difference.
Great programs they have here at common ground… Excellent program for older adults. My brother has been going to common ground for 30 plus years. He has outlasted plenty of staff members. The clients are each other’s family members. 😊
Ashley colt is amazing but I wasn’t a fan of my therapists changing every few months. Therapy is a no go here but my psychiatrist is thoughtful and caring.
Their employe Chloe Olivia serves her community police officers from her bed, despite their families at home.
Great people to be able to perform the task that they do to the public.. We definitely need them around
Appreciate the staff and the resources provided from Rediscover. However, I don't like how quickly you're tossed around or transferred once you're considered out of their catchman area. You just feel disposable.
The staff really cares and it’s appreciative.
Went to Genoa Pharmacy inside for my prescription. Very friendly and caring staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
