Everyone in this office including the receptionist, Dr Butcher’s nurse, Dr Butcher, the check out staff, the contact and the opticians are ALWAYS kind, happy, helpful and professional! I look forward to my annual visit and have been a patient for over 15 years. They are always timely and Dr Butcher is thorough and explains everything in detail, never rushed. I love everything about this office and highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

I always feel like I received a very thorough exam performed by s long time friend. Our family has been seeing Doctor Butcher for decades, and we trust him completely. He looks after our vision problems in a very caring manner. We’ve moved farther away from his office, but wouldn’t consider changing; his care is more important than an extra few minutes drive.

I have severe nearsighted and stigmatism so it was very stressful when I had to search for a new eye doctor in 2021. When my friend referred Dr. Butcher, I had to wait for a whole year to see him as I had to switch my vision insurance. After my first visit and numerous follow-up visits with Dr. Butcher in 2022, not only I appreciate my friend’s referral but also agree with all the 5-star ratings I found on Dr. Butcher from all the search engines. Dr, Butcher is very professional, very friendly, very patient listening to my questions and concerns, explains everything in details, gives me recommendations, find the correct contact lenses that work for me, and most importantly makes me at ease. I went through a fair share of eye doctors and Dr. Butcher is the best! All the staff at the office are also professional and friendly. I am thankful I found Dr. Butcher, well deserved 5-star rating.

I have never had a better eye doctor. Dr. Robert Butcher examined my eyes today and fit me for contacts and glasses. He took plenty of time to explain everything. I did not feel rushed. I will be a patient of Dr. Butcher for as long as he is in practice.

Each of the three staff members who spoke with and guided me to my appointment with Dr. Butcher was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond. Dr. Butcher is the consummate professional; his top credentials are a given, but his experience is invaluable. My favorite of his excellent skills is Dr. Butcher's ability to hear my described expectations and translate them into improving my ability to see.
