He was nice. He filled out my leave of absence wrong. I called to let them know this. It can be changed. Asked them to call me so I can get the fax number to resend the paperwork work and another form I just got that needs to be filled out for my other job. Can't get his nurse or anyone to return my calls. This is 3 weeks without pay. I can't afford that with me the only one working 2 jobs. Have a disabled husband. How would they fill?

I put this on Health Grades as well but I want everyone to know how great this Dr. is! …Dr. Kuykendall is the first urologist (I have seen 3) who really cares to help me with my chronic UTI issue. I have gotten to the point of being very fearful of getting these infections as I have built up a resistance to most of the commonly used antibiotics associated with treating UTIs and Dr. Kuykendall is the first and only urologist to really care and put me on a treatment plan that is working and work to make sure that when I get another infection I know how to get ahold of him so he can be the one to make sure I get the correct antibiotics. I have cried many times about these recurrent infections and most urologists tend to give the cold shoulder and act like this isn't an issue for many women when it is! I am so grateful for Dr. Kuykendall and would recommend him to any and everyone! He really cares and wants to help you figure things out! Also finding a urologist who gives a crud about female issues is a feat in and of itself!
