Dr. Kinney and his nurse are very kind. I waited maybe 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment and 4 minutes in the waiting room. This is so refreshing after many other medical professionals do not respect your time. He listened well, asked pertinent questions and took the time to be helpful. He was excellent at detailing treatment and next steps. Thank you!

Dr Kinney is the BEST. He is helpful and is responsive to my questions. As an added Bonus....St Lukes is one of the best Hospitals in the region. A+++.

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the way this doctor handled my office visit today. As soon as he asked what brought me in and I began to speak, he immediately interrupted me & proceeded to dispute what I was trying to express. Then when I was trying to ask how to proceed now that he has the ultrasound report & disk from the other physician that he referred me to for the lipomas, he told me that he didn’t see any valid reason for the ankle pain. Yet the report specifically states that there IS a ganglion cyst. Dr. Kinney said that he feels it’s “tiny”, so he’s not going to treat it. I then tried to ask about the painful cellulite on my thighs and backside as well as the weight gain concerns and he totally ignored me but stated, as I go through your records, you’ve been this weight all along. What does that have to do with the painful cellulite and weight concerns? I politely let him know that i feel that he’s disregarding my concerns & I asked if he was having a bad day.
