Teresa Marshall's Online Review Report Card

The office staff answering the phone is rude. Very snippy. Doesn't even let you finish talking before they cut you off. Previous doctors we've gone to have authorized rx for a year. This office wants a copay every 6 months. Seems to be more interested in getting to charge insurance companies for an unnecessary appointment every six months. Doctor told my husband he was healthier than her. Phone appointment was unavailable even though it states with covid - televisits should be available.

Excellent doctor and staff!

I had terrible experiences with the staff and Dr. Marshall. She ignored my needs and would not return my calls relating to my tests and care. The staff is rude, hangs up on you and isvery slow. Schedule you one day tell you its another day when u arrive. This office totally discriminates against white people. Dr. Marshall does not take care of her patients. Looks like she needs a Dr. herself.Rude horrible place.They terminated me as a patient because i owed is the excuse they used. Called billing dept my balance is zero. They are racists through and through. Who terminates a patient bc i complained on the staff and no test results give in timely matter.

Dr. Marshall has been my Primary Care Physician for ten (10) years or more. As someone who worked with Physicians in Family Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Miami for numerous years, there were few exceptions such as She. I have the upmost respect and admiration for her as a Person and a Doctor. She is confident in offering expert advise and solutions because she has up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical data and information. Dr. Marshall is an excellent listener and has a genuine interest in my well being and the care of others. An outstanding recommendation goes without mentioning. Sherri V. Armstrong

All you need besides Jesus... is a doctor who really and truly care about helping their patients. Dr. Marshall is thorough!!! Everything you expect from your doctor, and with effortless bedside manner that's so hard to find. I've been a patient for over 15 years. She's AMAZING

I have been visiting dr. Marshall for over 10-15 years and I've always had great service the front desk has been polite and very helpful. And the nurses have been very professional and observant with my health. Comfortable with them checking me on my health.

I have had Dr. Marshall for many years. I love the time she takes to find out how I am, and what she needs to do to help me get better.

Dr. Marshall explains everything and answers all questions clearly, taking as much time as necessary. When I was a new patient, she asked all the usual new patient questions herself instead of having me fill out a form. She can make someone who hasn't had a checkup in years feel comfortable.

I worked with her while she did her residency at Baptist. She was a very caring and good physician. She will be my Dr. forever because she cares and knows what she is doing and she listens. Thank You!
