List of Valerie J Rader's Reviews
Although she wrote symptoms down, she was cold and rude when asking questions. I was clearly dizzy and trying to answer her questions which was clearly inconvenient to her time.
As I read in previous comments and will state again from my experience, Dr Rader came off as not seeming to care about what I (the patient) was there for and would interrupt me and tell me she would get there. Frustrating when you want to find out a solution to a health problem but have a doctor in front of you who practices without empathy or any communication and listening skills. I didn’t get anywhere in my plan of care and felt uncomfortable with the way she rudely presented herself as soon as she walked in the door.
Let me first say nursing staff was great and check-in staff very friendly. But this doctor reminded us a NEW very insecure doctor. She went thru her 'steps' but never listened to what the issues really were. When we tried to bring something up, her comment was "I will get to that" but she never did and she never asked about the issues I was having. From what I saw, she needs more training to know how to interact with patients or move into research, not on the front lines.
She has researched my health more than any other Cardo Dr ! And has followed my Heath for weeks until we got it under control! Her nursing staff gets five stars also! The are on top of all calls! I can’t praise The Who team enough! Brenda Younger
Sort of felt like a number. Don't feel that informed. Not really personal at all.
Dr. Rader has very poor bedside manner. She cut me off when I was trying to tell her of my systems. She treated me as if I was bothering her and made me feel silly for asking questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
