By far the biggest joke of a “treatment facility” I’ve ever been to. The nursing staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. Miss Bee at the front desk is the only good person in there the rest r just there for the paycheck. They don’t care if you’re at the right dose they don’t care about u period. The place is a joke. I do not recommend, don’t waste your time or money because that’s all they want is your money

By far the worst experience I ever had they don't care that you are there to better yourself they just want your money they treat their customers like if we are animals. I told management that their receptionist was being really rude and she refused to acknowledge it. If you have an opioid problem and you are looking for help I would not recommend going there unless you want to be belittled and made to feel like you are less then them. whatever you do do not I repeat do not give these people your hard earned money let their business go bankrupt they are only open thanks to us the same people who they treat like we are less then them if we were all 2 get together and demand respect or we all stop going there would make them have to close that place

I have been going here for 8 year's. They just care about money, and the staff couldn't care less about you as a person. I was recently assulted in front of the building. I told staff who didn't care in the slightest. The only thing they cared about is the fact I was talking about it. Classic victim blaming... I was retelling the story to a friend in the lobby, and the girl who manages the place, popped out and belittled me for speaking about it. They actually survale your conversations in the lobby.

If your reading this and on the fence. Make the appointment and come in. Ive been on methadone matience for a little over 2 years. I have chronic pain.I have my life back. I have my family. Work is going great. The people who work here really do care. But they will call you on your b.s.But I feel they genuinely care.My life was a horrible mess when I walked in but I had enough of the streets by then.Give it a shot, what have you got to loose. If your here and reading this ,you know what I mean.Best decision I ever made was to walk in the door.

I absolutely love the staff members that have been unlucky enough🤷‍♂️ to had have worked with me for my lengthy experience as a client.😉 The initial process was simple. A single page of information to fill out & a few initials & signatures is the extent of paperwork & you will meet with a nurse practitioner & assigned your counselor who will speak with you about an hour by phone and classes/groups to attend. After paperwork & speaking to a nurse practitioner you will see the doctor and I was able to see the doctor & get a dose of medication for the awful withdrawal symptoms that I have always gone back to using heroin to treat the symptoms and then I'm back on drugs. Please remember that the people that work here are all doing their jobs. They do not go to work because they want to see you or anyone else suffering in addiction in any stage. Now I recommend having health insurance if you are going to go here because without it you will be paying $86 a week plus an initial setup fee and I may be wrong, but they may have a charge to see the doctor. You only need to see him once & after that your medication changes will go through the nurse & your counselor before the doctor will get & sign without a visit. Great place. We need to start treating addiction as an illness like any other disease or mental health issues would be. Would you treat depression by telling the afflicted to stop being depressed? Would you tell a cancer patient all they need to do is not have cancer and they will be fine? A person that was just told they have diabetes, tell them that they have to stop eating sugar & they don't need insulin. Then why is the only treatment for addiction:Stop using drugs. Even though you will have withdrawals that you can die from & you may feel like you are with the nausea, vomiting, moderate stomach & muscle pain & cramps, diarrhea, anxiety, & depression are just a few of the symptoms of opioid withdrawal. Some other drugs such as benzos can be life threatening to stop cold turkey. Look at the statistics for the people who are more likely to relapse than those that had a professional overseeing their detoxing. Then, overdose is a higher risk to a person relapsing with the tolerance for the drugs that the body builds up then goes back down unbeknownst to the user. I don't want to see another friend or loved one die because of the stigma that was left behind after the prohibition days. If you need help & somebody @ a hospital or wherever you go to get help begin asking questions about something that you already feel ashamed about & treating you like a bad person, would you seek help?

I give 2 stars because the concept of help for those who feel helpless is a great one. But I have been with the clinic about 4 years. The first couple years I continued to use illegal drugs and then my life changed.For over 25 years I had been diagnose Bi-polar and on 11 different psych meds. At that time I was on 115 mg of methadone within a year I dropped to 30 mg and tried to stop on my own and 20 days later I was still fighting withdrawals and returned to the clinic. About a year later I again tried to quit at 20 mg a day and 14 days later went back. I had a vacation planned I had told them about and it was to Catalina Island for 5 days. Because I had tried to quit on my own they decided I needed to be punished and refused to let me have carries for those 5 days. They will tell you they care, but what they care about is the money you bring in, not about who or what you need. It's like being in an abusive, controlling relationship and your at their mercy. MY ADVICE, seek help elsewhere. It only takes days to get off most addictive drugs. But it takes WEEKS to get off Methadone.

Helped many people clean up their life's

The place and what they are suppose to do to help people is a great concept. There is a councelor named Angela who ruined the whole experience for me. She has ruined my trust to confide in a "councelor". She broke confidentiality rules, tried to use what I confided to her about against me to get me kicked out of the program. Called me a liar, ect. I admitted to use well over the time period for it to be out of my system, she said I falsified my u.a. I went to this place on my own to get help, no reason I have to lie about anything. There's some people who just hold a job title I guess juat to hold it instead of actually doing their job and what they are suppose to do. Sad to admit, I will never confide in another professional for help.
