Great experience, I finally found a compassionate patient doctor who really listens. Dr. Meyer's never rushed, and he doesn't stare at his computer the whole time you're there.

Dr. Meyer, Thank you for your help today. Once again I have to complain about the front desk. They are incredibly rude and dismissive. I don't know if you have it in your notes from the first and only other time I've visited your office but I had to complain about the same treatment. You thanked me for the feedback and agreed with me, " Health care should not be that way". I left the VA health care system due to the same type of attitudes I'm experiencing in your reception area. I did not want to complain to you about this situation again but was told by the front office that I was treated the way I was today because of the way I came in. I requested to make a formal complaint but was told it would not be received. I am confused by this statement because I spoke to someone from your office yesterday who told me to come in today and request what I needed exactly the way I came in today. Just as I stated to you last time, I cannot be the only person who has complained about your rude and unprofessional staff. The women is dining herself with Kentucky fried chicken as elderly patients walk through the door and other PATIENTS are helping them with the door rather than your staff! This is so disappointing because I do respect you as a doctor. The front staff in that clinic is absolutely disgusting, dishonest, and unprofessional.

Dr. Meyer is a genuine and thorough medical professional. He is very attentive to the needs of the patient and his compassion shows through. I trust Dr. Meyer with any and all of my medical needs.

Dr. Meyer is by far the best family doctor I've ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind & compassionate. Dr. Meyer will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of in a timely fashion. He saved my life when he was a resident. Just an amazing doctor.
