I had a similar experience as the previous review, Dr. Chen doesn't seem to listen or hear what I'm saying. It feels like he's either too busy to pay attention, or just doesn't know the answers. I'm going to try a different physician to see if I'm more comfortable. I've had pretty good luck with the rest of the office. The nurses and associates are always friendly. I really like the MyMercy portal.

They always respond to me very quickly when I use MyMercy. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment and the staff has always been welcoming and friendly

This office is terrible! I have been trying to get in contact with someone to make an appointment and the one time someone called me back they seemed annoyed by me. We like Dr. Chen as a physician but his receptionist and staff need to get it together. They lost 2 patients today! My husband and I need an office that makes us a priority. This office just doesn’t do that!

Dr. Chen is very professional, knowledgeable, and never in a hurry. He listens to and discusses with me. Gives medicine when appropriate, but doesn't push it. He has appropriate tests and blood work performed to get to the bottom of things when needed. I have been extremely happy with him and his staff.

Dr Chen is OK but the staff is HORRIBLE. About 50% of the requests they have to authorize arent correct or arent completed in my experience and you can never call the office and get ahold of anyone. Furthermore the staff calls back on voicemails only sometimes. Makes me wonder if the staff could cause a malpractice case against the doctor their service is so bad.

Doctors are great but staff NEVER answers the phone and rarely returns phone calls. Unfortunate for the great doctors that they are losing patients because staff cannot return or answer phone calls. They lost 2 patients today.

DR CHEN IS FINE BUT TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOME ONE TO COMPLETE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR ORDERED MEDICATION TAKES FOREVER. THEY NEED TO TWEEK BADLY OR RETRAIN. NOT WORKING! GETTING SOME ONE ON PHONE TO HELP IS IMPOSSIBLE
