I was a new patient and Dr. Arnett came into the exam room and asked me "what brings you back for a visit". I said I was a new patient and she told me she was so busy she hadn't really looked at my paperwork. I had an emergency at work and was 15 minutes late for my appointment. There was one person waiting in a vast waiting room when I arrived. Dr. Arnett refused to see me. I guess she had to teach me a lesson. I waited three months for an appointment that I had to make during my workday because that’s all they had. I was five minutes outside of Dr. Arnett’s precious window, so now I get to wait another three months. I hope I’m still alive in three months to see a doctor.

I relocated back to STL 1 1/2 years ago and was looking for a Primary Care physician that listens, respects how you feel about your own health/wellbeing, is responsive, and is a partner in treatment options. I was referred to Dr. Arnett by a friend/also a patient, and I couldn’t be more happy. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Arnett.

I have avoided finding a new general physician for years because of numerous poor experiences with providers in the past. But some health issues came up that made it impossible to put off any longer. Dr. Arnett is absolutely amazing! I am very happy I found her! The office runs like a well oiled machine and all the staff has been awesome! They have always been on time for my appointments and I have always felt respected, heard and well cared for. Dr. Arnett is attentive and a great listener. She is a clear, concise communicator and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I appreciate that each time we have needed to have a care plan made, she gives me options and talks through it with me and asks my opinion of actions to take which gives me the power to choose my care plan specifics. She is patient and persistent and has a very calm and kind demeanor. I would definitely recommend!
