The service was prompt, friendly and very professional. I expected I would have a long wait and actually brought a novel with me to read while I waited. I never opened it! I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. The waiting areas were sparkling clean. Lots of extra precautions. I'm so happy this service is in my neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from my home.

I have found Total Access Urgent Care to be amazingly wonderful. I've visited 3 different offices. All three I have received top quality courteous professional care. The staff has a way of connecting with you that's calming and confident that they can fix whatever is wrong. I would highly recommend visiting any site.

The staff and doctor treated my wife and I very quickly. Even though I tested positive the doctor (Scott) took his time in the room with us to explain the virus. The kindness and consideration was much needed as I was very upset about having covid. I cannot thank each person on the staff enough! God bless everyone helping others with this terrible scourge.
