I will always go to this TAUC. They are so very helpful and sweet. I am always treated well. They are definitely very professional. They have TV's and remotes so you are never bored. LOL I try to clean up and leave the room the way I find it 🙃 Thank you for the great service.

Wonderful experience. Bitten by sand fleas while on vacation and the itching was nonstop and hadn't slept in days due to the discomfort. The girl that checked me in was so sweet. The EMT that took my history was so nice. The NP was so understanding and helpful and offered additional advice and suggestions and shared that she had this happen to her as well. The MA that gave me a steroid injection was so gentle and I barely felt it. They called in additional prescriptions to my pharmacy and it was done very quickly. First appt of the day and no waiting. Made appt online 2 hours before opening. Very convenient. Thank you for helping me get some relief!

I have always had a good experience with Total Access Urgent Care - Lake St. Louis. The staff, nurses and doctors are very professional, listen carefully and do whatever is necessary to identify and treat your problem. They have most equipment on site so you don't have to go somewhere else for lab work or x-rays.

We went to TAUC around 7:15 Tuesday night because our 17 yr old son was having an allergic reaction to something that he had eaten. We called first to make sure they were able to treat him. Upon arrival, we were immediately taken to an examination room where he was surrounded by medical staff who worked very quickly to take care of him. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very concerned and caring in their treatment of our son. We have always loved TAUC, but in this very serious situation, we are very grateful for the care that we received at the Lake St Louis location. I would like to personally thank everyone who was on staff that night. Excellent caregivers!

Usually go to wentzville but due to the wait, decided on the LSL location. I don’t think I’ll go back. Staff didn’t seem to be as friendly and I realized after my X-rays, I wasn’t offered any type of coverings for the rest of my body (or asked if I could be pregnant). In the end, I was in pain and just wanted to get out of there.
