Jumped in the waiting queue at 6 am - was 3rd in line. By the time I was in and out - seen and diagnosed, it only took 30 minutes. Fast and quick.

Slowest place ever. I “got in line” for a COVID test at 7:53am. I was 14th in line by 8:07am. I finally got a text to return to TAUC for my test at 3:24pm. By 4:24pm I still did not have results. My test came back negative so I was asked if I wanted a flu test. I accepted and am wishing I hadn’t because it’s 5:15pm and I am STILL waiting for flu test results that were only supposed to take 10 minutes. I realize there is a labor shortage everywhere, but that is not new. We’ve all been playing this game for almost 2 years now, you’d think they’d have a more streamlined process. Ridiculous.

As always…wonderful staff. I was turned away 2x over the past 2 weeks but after explaining this last time i have asthma and struggling to breathe, they got me right in. The doctor made sure if I ever go through breathing issues due to asthma, make sure to call and explain that. Wish I would have known 2 weeks ago but at least now they took good care of me and got me on all the meds they can give me to start my healing

Every single office in St Louis is booked up for the entire day by 6:01 am. Tried for the last 16 days to get in. That is not an "Urgent Care"
