Visited the ER in Lamar and Dr. Clinton R Loy saw us and honestly was very unwelcoming from the moment we walked back to the ER and was profiling due to our appearance it felt like...we definitely didn’t get any type of answer related to the condition we were being seen for. It felt like we were being pushed out of there and told to go to a primary care physician when we could receive the answers we need from the emergency room. Left feeling very uncomfortable and upset and feeling like we’re making a big deal about nothing when it could possibly be something major.

Took my wife in the ER and he was unprofessional,no bed side manners,rude,had a piss poor attitude, act like my wife and I another number,he didn't want to talk to the family history of my wife's family's history

Expecting a doctor that will listen to your medical history, current symptoms, & explain his conclusions/treatment plan to you & your family in a manner that is professional & kind rather than wiith a condescending attitude? � THEN DON’T SE DR LOY. I WOULD NOT recommend him for any treatment with these normal expectations in mind. He seems unable to think outside the box or beyond anything except the one test result in his hand. Save yourself some time, money & maybe your life. GO ELSEWHERE!
