List of Athletico Physical Therapy's Reviews
I am very thankful for Athletico for the therapy for my rotator cuff the team there are very friendly and professional and will get you where you need to be with your recovery goals
The staff Brady, Keith and Kelli are all very professional and helpful. I pulled a muscle or a few in my back while working. They helped me learn how to use different muscles and how to do different exercises to strengthen all of my muscles. If you are in pain they can help! I had a wonderful experience!
I have been through several physical therapists over the years for varying reasons. I am currently in physical therapy here at Athletico, Lawrence. I have to say that they are the best physical therapist office I've ever been too. Every therapist at this office listens to your concerns, needs, and pain. They then help guide you through movements and exercises that not only help with your current concerns but allows you to build up later movements and needs. The team here makes time to explain the cause of the issues and how to move to help them. Any question I have they answer in a way that is easy to understand and follow through with. I'm not completely finished with my needs at Athletico but I have no doubt that when it is over I'll be more capable and able to succeed. I am so grateful for being able to work with the team at Athletico.
The team at Athletico made my ACL surgery recovery so easy. They pushed me just enough to maximize my exercises, listened to all my concerns, and helped me gain confidence in my recovery. I genuinely look forward to therapy days with Dr. Brady, Keith and Kelli, they make you feel like a part of the Athletico family! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dedicated and considerate physical therapists. Thank you again y’all did for me!
I am in an excellent position to comment on the quality of treatment and care offered by Athletico—at least at this one treatment center—because I am approaching my 90th session. When I consider where I started from and where I am now, my progress has been, quite frankly, outstanding. My participation in this program is a follow-up to two major surgeries and previous therapies: for a heart transplant and spinal stenosis. After my initial evaluation at Athletico, Dr. Brady Caffee determined that we should focus on two issues: the lingering persistence of edema in my feet and lower legs and neuromuscular reeducation. Compared with previous efforts, Dr. Caffee’s treatment plan for edema has been nothing short of miraculous. Leg wraps, thigh-high compression hose, taping, and leg pumps all proved ineffective, leaving me to believe it was a problem that would plague me for the rest of my life. To my great fortune, Dr. Caffee found a workable solution to a problem for which there apparently is no cure. Using a strategy called manual lymph drainage, he manipulated the lymph nodes in my feet and groin areas, effectively pushing the excess fluid upward toward my kidneys, where, with the aid of my Torsemide, it was evacuated from my body. We then made use of knee-high compression hose to substitute for the manual manipulation. My fluid retention has diminished by 11 centimeters, giving us hope that my body will eventually, on its own, resume the lymphedema process. The surgery to relieve my spinal stenosis left me unable to walk without the assistance first of a walker and later a cane. When I regained the ability to walk, my legs were still weak. The initial focus of my treatment at Athletico was to strengthen them. After experiencing progress, we incorporated exercises designed to promote good nerve activity, restore sensation, and strength in my hands and arms. My overall condition has improved significantly, but I have a ways to go. In sum, my discovery of Athletico has been nearly providential. What can be said of Dr. Caffee? He is bright, knowledgeable, personable, upbeat, encouraging, and patient-centered. When I get down and feel that progress is too slow or seemingly nonexistent, he reenergizes me with reminders of how far I have come. He reminded me about the shuttle, for instance, where having exhausted the exercise requiring me to use both legs, I now use only one leg at a time. Or, the day I explained that I was going to warm up by using the exercise bar and the step, he commented that both had formerly been the focus of my therapy. My new description of their role, he continued, relegated them to preliminary exercises. Every day, he challenges me, which I deeply appreciate. Every day, his conscientiousness brings me closer to my goal of being completely healed. Every day, I am deeply grateful for having discovered Dr. Brady Caffee and Athletico.
I needed surgery to repair a meniscus. Brady helped me out every step of the way and always impressed me with the knowledge and tips he would share to help me get back to where I was. I have never been let down by Athletico and Brady made sure to get me back doing the things I love. Thanks to the team!
Dr. Bradley, Keith, Kelli, & team have all been wonderful! My PA suggested I start PT before getting an MRI …and it didn’t make sense to me bc I thought I would need an MRI before going to PT bc how would PT know what to work on??? Well, Dr. B knew exactly what to do- he had a holistic approach and that’s everything to me! Keith was very kind and patient in explaining things over and over until I understood it. Kelli was very helpful with my insurance issues and offered multiple different appointment times to fit my busy schedule. I almost went with another PT business in town and I’m SO happy I didn’t! Everyone at this location has been so great to work with- AND my pain has gone down way faster than we planned!
Truly a phenominal experience. I have a painful & complex, lifelong condition which affects spine and mobility. The difference in flexibility and range of motion has already increased my mobility and changed the way I deal with pain. Highly recommend Athletico!
There are no words to explain the difference in how my knee and hip felt when I started physical therapy with Dr. Caffee and now. The pain is gone, my flexibility is much better and I am moving so much better. No more limping or favoring my leg. Brady has helped me so much and he and Keith are both so pleasant and encouraging. Can’t thank them enough.
I never knew Physical Therapy could be life changing. At this office, it was! Thank you so much for helping me feel healthy and whole! I’d give 10 stars if I could…

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
