Dr. Zamora is such an asset to Mercy Lebanon! She is kind, caring, & took as much time as I needed to tell her my story. It’s so refreshing to interact with such a nice & patient doctor! I have & will continue recommending Dr. Zamora to my friends & family??

My 88 year old mother came to live with me Aug 27th she entered Mercy hosp for 10 days in ICU. When she was released, we needed to establish with a primary care Dr. I see Dr. Barker in this prac . I liked her very much. The clinic asked me to have mom see a new Dr. Zamora. But no appointments for a month out. They did make an appointment with the NP. She was very nice but did not follow through on paperwork so mom could receive a hosp bed. Wheel Chair. So for a month I had to lift my mom in and out of bed. So since then mom has had to go to emergency room 3 times for UTI. Voimting. Fever. The Emergency room at mercy has been top notch. She has seen the same Dr.each time. He listens and us very compassionate. We have seen Dr. Zamora twice. I have told her my mother does not sleep day or night. She has lost 21 pounds since Aug 28. She cannot keep any food down.multiple UTI . Dr Zamora has contradicted the diagnosis of the emergency room Dr. Not given antibiotics. . so we end up back in emergency room. Advised the Dr.of Dr. Zamora disagreeing with him. He went back and reviewed old records.said he had no idea what she was looking at. That mom clearly had another UTI. He also advised me that some movements mom was making could be caused by the increase in her medication. So I googled the med. My mom has 25 positive drug relations to that drug. I feel Dr. Zamora should have been aware of this. But wasn't. So I wanted my mom to change to Dr. Barker. When I called the office today I was told they do not change providers within the same office. I asked if they prefer to loose 2 patients. The girl Rudely said whatever.so I wanted others to be aware of the lack of caring in this office. Fyi. I managed a medical practice for 25 years. The young lady on the phone needs an education in customer service. A patient should have the right to see whomever they choose.
