The receptionist wasn't friendly or concerned not just with me but to an elderly patient as well. My prescriptions were sent to 2 different Pharmacies when I specifically said Walgreens more than once. It's the day after my appointment and my pain medicine wasn't called in. It's the Holiday weekend and I can't reach anyone. It's raining and I'm suffering more😰😰😰😰

I would give Dr Israel more than a 5 star rating. He's very kind, and really takes an interest in his patients. My quality of life is 100 times better being under his care. I worked as an RN with him many years ago, and he's such a treasure.

Don't you dare get an attitude with the lack of response by Dr. Israel to your repeated requests. Dana, office staff, likes to throw her weight around by telling you if you have an attitude, Dr. Israel's answer will be NO. And indeed it was, for the only thing he finally responded to was that the only thing he would give me was medication management, which I didn't want in the first place. No doubt he's not the only pain doc in town, and I am quite sure they will have more to offer me than just medication management.

I had been dealing with pain for a number of years. Upon my first visit with Dr Israel he had diagnosed the source of my sacroiliac and treatment soon began. My pain is under control at this time.

I have been see Dr. Iseral for over 8yrs and he is the best I have used for Epidurals. The staff is always super great and they keep a eye on your during your recovery. Grade A + on patience care and understanding.

Dr. Israel and his staff are wonderful! They are very patient and listen to your concerns! I would highly recommend this group to anyone needing a pain management Doctor!

I've only been Dr. Israel's patient for a couple of years and have only seen him twice. I usually just see the nurse practitioner. Saw him yesterday and asked about some arthritis pain. He just said it's treated the same as my back pain. No one else seems interested in helping me....he at least will listen the two times I've seen him. Kim at the Lee's Summit office is amazing.

totally inept ,God forbid if you ask questions or need light duty paper work nursing staff is a joke they are to busy to help big thumbs down. most rude office I have been to.
