Found Dr. Johnson to be very friendly and professional. Went to him for a deviated septum. He performed the operation and everything went smoothly and as expected. Operation was successful and I am very happy with the results.

This review is mostly about Dr. Brandon Johnson. He performed surgery to correct a deviated septum that I had for many years. I can not express enough how professional and courteous Dr. Johnson is. He also seems to be highly skilled as I did not experience any issues with him or his surgery. It has been about two years since he did the surgery and the results were flawless. I have made him my designated ENT. As for his staff, I can say I didn't have any issues but I did detect a lack of professionalism with one of them. To be fair I know getting good help is difficult as we experience the same issues with our business. But considering his personal professionalism, I would say he struggles with the same issues all employers do. I'm sure with time he will get good solid staff to support him.

I was a New Patient, referred by Centerpoint Hospital. I have a swollen bump at the base of my neck, near my thyroid area. The hospital ran many tests including MRI/X-ray, couldn't find anything negative but could not tell me what this was. I've NEVER had anything, let alone a lump/bump in my neck. Sorry, doctor's, I don't have a lot of knowledge with this issue, THAT'S WHY I CAME TO YOU. I saw Brandon Johnson, who seemed concerned at first. After my Ultrasound came back for diagnosis... Oh, I don't see anything but you do have a small nodule on your thyroid (?). Not swelling due to your artery. I let Brandon Johnson know that the area in my neck , around my ears, and behind my jaw were hurting more. I know this isn't normal, and he didn't care. It was time to get me out of his office. I will refer you to Physical Therapy, in a year if you still have swelling, come back & we'll do another Ultrasound. Also, I don't give out pain meds unless I'm operating on you. No help or info.

Dr. Johnson was very personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and made a great game plan that worked for me. I have had 5 operations from other Doctors years ago. But Dr. Johnson will get all of my business from now on! Thank you Dr. Johnson.
