I got a disk of my X-ray of my back, as I was having severe pain. I took this disk with me, when I went to my primary doctor. The CARENOW facility on Market Street in Lees Summit, Mo. and my primary doctor, Lawrence Gibbs, are both associated with Health Midwest, but the physician I saw, Mr. Miller, stated he could not read the provided disc, as he did not have the software to access the disc that contained vital information about the X-ray taken of my back. HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM AS THE PATIENT?

I’m a current HCA patient and I have to rave about the efficient and kind care I received at check in (I completed it online before visiting), with the radiology tech, and Aaron, NP. I was seen quickly and given a thorough examination yesterday afternoon. They even called today—the next day—on a Sunday evening—to share lab results. I’m glad I chose to visit this location! I wish all healthcare could go like this!

Today I Had a Great Experience by the lovely staff here. The Front desk lady Viki was very polite and professional, also easy to comply with. The young lady Sierra did a phenomenal job with taking care of my vaccine’s and blood work.The nurse practitioner was also great! I’ll recommend this Clinic to Anyone!
