He is wonderful, if you do not disagree with him. After a short discussion, I corrected him after he incorrectly referred to my previous visit date. The Doctor became flustered and offended to the point he declared this discussion is not going well. He claimed it was "many years" since my procedure, when in fact it was less than a year. This upset him to the point that he refuse to help me. He agreed and admitted that I had said nothing offensive, nor did I raise my voice, yet he felt the consult did not go to his liking, therefore he refused treatment. Never in 61 years have I ever been treated with such disrespect by a "Doctor".

Office staff was kind & helpful. Staff assistant was polite & kind & very knowledgeable of what was needed to make me comfortable. Dr Haggerty explained each step as he was doing it, in a kind & soft spoken manner. I felt at ease. Staff called later that day to see how I was doing. I had some major dental work done yesterday. 7 theeth pulled actually. I am so exceptionally impressed with the customer service at Lakewood Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialists. During surgery the staff was abundantly polite, not just to me but eachother. Dr. Haggerty has an incredible bedside manner. Since then they have called to check on me twice. Made sure I got my meds, that they were working, how I felt ext. Ive been terrified of the dentist most if my life. I have a lot of funky medical problems to work around. They did their absolute best to make it a good experience. I am so appreciative to the entire staff. Would recommend 100%

I appreciated the compassion and professionalism of everyone I encountered at Dr. Haggerty’s practice when I had my wisdom teeth extracted. He explained things clearly and put me at ease, and his nurses followed up with me after the procedure.
