Dr Dean is nice and great with my kids, however I have a balance that I am making payments on and due to it not being paid in full yet they will not continue services with us. I just need 2 well check visits done for other kids the bill is not even for. I have never in my life experienced such cruel service from any other provider I have been to. Switching doctors immediately so I can get my children seen.

Removed stitches from my daughters face after three days leaving permanent scarring much worse than she would have had if the stitches had been removed when the PLASTIC SURGEON recommended. We made a complaint years later expressing that we were still bothered by what she had done, and our daughter was dropped from their practice the next day out of spite.

For the last 4 years she was my son pediatrician and now my son is 18 years old she is yet his doctor.

The first time my son saw Dr dean I was very skeptical bc I felt like she hurried, but when I really expressed my concerns the next visit and asked questions she was very smart and caring. She took the time to show me and explain things to me, and from then on I really do trust her....and for me that's huge bc I can never seem to find a good caring Dr anymore. I really would recommend her, just be specific and ask for answers.
