Unbelievable ... this place only need you to shell money, no proper diagnosis and they will bill you 40 minutes visit, even when you spent total 15 minutes.On top of that went for preventive and in the questionnaire they asked any concern and I wrote blood sugar number looks elevated in the blood work ... guess what they charged me as non-preventive customer, I wouldn't mind that even if quality of work is good, my concerns were never addressed properly.On other occasion they want patient to make another appointment to discuss the blood work/ultrasound result, why can't they tell without another way of making more money.

She was very kind, took her time to listen and explain things to my dad about his issue. I felt relieved when she was able to understand about about my Dad's condition and his visitor insurance's limitation. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Best Dr. been with Dr. Rai for 4+ years. He helped deliver my babygirl/ I still see him now as my husband and I are trying for baby#2 and planning on 3 more after that and I trust, plan, feel comfortable with Dr. Rai. He is kind, understanding, a great listener he makes sure he has a solution to what you need. He uses an app to communicate with you And replies fast. Dr.Rai and his nurses are very sweet, and heart warming . The front staff, they are ok, Since I have been coming I have seen like 5 different or more girls up there that help as receptionist. I am not there to see them, just Dr. rai so that is all that matters to me !

I started seeing Dr. Rai when I became pregnant and he is fantastic. He took care of me during the pregnancy and was always available to answer questions and concerns. When my baby stopped moving at 36 weeks we went to our hospital for for a check up. Dr. Rai was off for the week and it was Christmas eve but he rushed in to perform an emergency c-section. I am so thankful to have such an experienced doctor taking care of my son and without him I'm not sure we would of made it. We are now moving to be closer to family and my only regret is that we won't be able to continue taking our son to see Dr. Rai!

I came to him with 2 main medical complains. He asked me some questions and never really solved my problems. His office later gave me the medical profile that he had obtained about me after the consult and he only wrote 2 diagnosis that have nothing to do with the complains that I had. He also asked me for some studies, and when I went to get them done, they said that they were incorrectly ordered, so I had to contact the office again for some clarification and they never contacted me back. I am exactly the same as I was before I went with him. It was a waste of my time and money.

The stars are only for Dr. Rai's office staff seeing as how I never got to visit with him.Not only were they rude and demeaning but they couldn't care less about answering my questions or showing some basic customer service. Guess it's for the best that I never became a patient of Dr. Rai's or else I'd have to deal with these unprofessional folks on a regular basis.

Doctor Rai delivered my baby boy and I will be very grateful to him for the rest of my life. This was my first baby and I decided to go with the delivery as natural as possible. Doctor Rai respected my birth plan and helped me to deliver my baby with gentle coaching. I did not have a tear!!! Thanks to him my delivery was easy and smooth. Highly recommend for pregnant women who want to deliver with a gentle and caring doctor, with no or minimum tears, and no episiotomy.

Great!! Dr. Rai is the most patient and wonderful doctor I have ever seen. He will spend as much time as necessary and will answer all of your questions. He is also very open to alternative therapies like chiropractors and acupuncture. I can't recommend him highly enough!
