She has too many patients to be able to see you. Has gotten progressively worse over the years. If you want a same week appointment when you are sick you’ll need to find someone else. Book physicals at least 9 months in advance. Recommend only if you are in very good health and never need acute care. Although that description fits me, I am moving on to someone new.

Doesn't listen to patients. Talks over you and interrupts. Trying to get prescriptions refilled is a nightmare. Nurses are rude and incompetent. Do not recommend.

I loved Dr. Emily Robb, but I hate the office staff. They are so rude and just not very pleasant or easy to book appointments with. I called today and was told that since I had not had an appointment in almost three years which I am actually like four months away from that I couldn't book an appointment because three years was the cut off. She asked if I wanted to schedule with someone else and I said no not really because and before I could finish the woman hung up. I will miss Dr. Robb, but not the staff. If three years is the cutoff to be considered a new patient then it shouldn't be well at 2 years and 8 months it is close to 3 years. Very disappointed.

I am so happy I made the switch to Dr. Robb. I have tried a few different doctors in the past year and she is the only one that truly cared about me and my concerns. Today was the first time I met her and she was very relatable and made me feel right at home.

She is a quack. She is focused solely on dishing out pills not on getting to the root of the problem. My daughter said she was suicidal and severely depressed - asked Dr. Robb for help over and over and she just shoved more pills down her throat. My daughter tried to reach Robb before her death but she was too busy. My daughter died and while under Robb’s care was prescribed close to 100 medications. Our pharmacist called me to alert me to Robb’s malpractice stating many of the drugs had serious interactions. PLEASE seek other care. She’s not in it to HELP or HEAL. Shame on you Emily Robb.
