This place is just not good. Dont waste your time or money bc that's all they're after. It's a real pain to get basic prescriptions filled & schedule appointments, the office staff is incredibly rude and the practice manager is the absolute worst at running this clinic & talking with patients. Dr. Werth was great so its disappointing to have to search for a new primary care physician. I absolutely hate this place though. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Theres a reason this place has low ratings & they're all right.

I had a Dr's appt at Encompass Lee's Summit on Jan 6th. I have been a patient there for years. The attendant asked for my Insurance card. It's on file, I said. We need to verify it. OK, well why didn't you ask for it when I made the appointment? I would've brought it then.After fasting for 10 hours, I go the following Tuesday, the 11th to Encompass in Lees Summit at 7:30 to have blood drawn. Sorry... no one has shown up. You'll have to come back. Lordy. So...I fast again for 10 hours, and Thursday the 13th I call first to see if the blood work staff are in. Sorry! Closed until next Tuesday, but I'll have someone contact you where you can go. Ok. An hour later I get a call. Oh yes we're open at 8 this morning at Encompass.Great. Professionalism?What the heck is going on? Poorly run staff. The head doesn't know what the hands are doing.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO LEES SUMMIT MEDICAL CENTER AGAIN!!! I went last night because I have all the signs and symptoms of COVID and then some and I feel absolutely terrible. When I got there I told them how I was feeling and told them I took a rapid COVID test earlier yesterday and it came out negative, but I can't smell or taste anything, I have a horrible cough I'm exhausted ect... They did another rapid COVID and a rapid flue test instead of doing a full PCR test they both came back negative. Now instead of testing me for other things ear infection sinsus infection strep throat anything they DIDN'T! They gave me these dumb cough supresents and told me to have a good day. I ask the doctor if I could go a head and get a dose of the cough supresents sense it was 4 am and no stores where open and she said no so I can't even get the medication I apparently need due to your recommendation. The doctor talked to me horrible the whole time like I was stupid and talked down to me. I had sneezed in my mask and didn't have it on when the doctor came in the room she asked me to put my mask on I said I couldn't because I had sneezed in mine and there was snot all in it. She yelled at me saying if I'm not feeling well I need to wear a mask. I told her I had no issues wearing a mask and then proceeded to repeat myself about me sneezing in my previous mask. She then said oh ok and handed me another one. When I asked her questions about the medication she had prescribed to me she asked me why I care about so many details and I said because I have so many medical challenges that I'm making sure you're not giving me anything I can't take. She gave me ibuprofen witch is a medication I can not take and it said that on my chart that they have and I told her I couldn't take ibuprofen and she said yes you can I said no I can't it's a blood thinner and I can't have those if you where to have looked at my chart you can see why. And she then angrly got out my chart and goes oh I guess you're right. This was the absolute most disrespectful experience I have ever had. It was unprofessional, degrading, and I left feeling absolutely terrible more than I already was because of this experience Lee's Summit Medical Center Y'ALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!! PERIOD!!!!

This clinic declined to help treat my covid symptoms. They said they would absolutely under NO circumstances prescribe anything to attempt to help me. I mentioned I have green mucus I'm coughing up and said absolutely no to an antibiotic. The MANAGER called and told me, I have to wait until I am bad enough to go to the hospital and the hospital will prescribe it. She again reiterated they absolutely will not help. She was extremely rude to a patient that has been going there for 30 years with zero regard for trying to prevent a secondary covid infection. Pathetic. This is the reason people die. Doctors and in this case Clinic Manager refuse to be proactive. Stay at home until your about to die, then go to the ER.

Horrible lack of care in their ER. Had no problem preforming unnecessary tests to get more money from patients, while not caring for them at all. Also gave out personal patient information to another patient.Also, Doctors cannot read an xray and misdiagnosed a patient, then did not provide ANY medication.Absolutely would not take my dieing dog to this joke of a hospital. They are a joke.
