Another complacent ,dismissive, uninformative office with a rude & pompous desk. just like 90% of doctors offices right now. No help, barely even any concern , and a huge waste of work hours. I am getting sick and tired of places like this and other hospitals getting away with providing the WORST treatment possible. There’s 0 accountability. I worry for the people that have to fully rely on these clowns.

They never answer the phone and now the phone number listed is incorrect.

Dr Jones is excellent as was Dr Manade before she left but some of the doctors in this place stink. They never take patients in a timely manner even if you are first appointment of the day.

If I could give a 0, I would. Staff is extremely rude and unorganized. I spend about 40 minutes on hold on average just to speak with reception and they sound like they hate their lives. To top it off, I usually get tired of waiting and try leaving voicemails that are never answered in a timely manner.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst facility I have even been to and they are out to make you come in as MANY times as they can think of.Initially I went in for my yearly, when I did that I asked to be put back on a medication that I had been on since I was 16, it had lapsed for three months while I was unemployed without insurance.They made me come back two weeks later to check how I was doing and to do my pap. Then after the second visit the doctor asked if we did blood work, I said no, then she asked me to come back for a third visit for blood work. After that my blood work was irregular and they made me come in weekly for shots even when I stated I did not want them. After this for a month they requested additional blood work which was still wrong. Did they run tests to figure out why nothing changed? NO. Told me to come back for more shots and taking vitamins on own and come back for more blood work at some unannounced time. MEANWHILE my papsmear came back irregular and the way they told me was by simply printing off a piece of paper which I was left to interpret what was happening. Later I had another health concern in which I called to see if I should come in and NO ONE EVER followed up with me. Today I called to ask if my doctor could write me a note for a stand up desk. I was advised she was out and I would need to come in AGAIN to see ANOTHER doctor.I will NEVER return to this office, I will NEVER refer anyone here. The attitude and practices of this facility are intolerable.

I do not recommend going to Washington Muro M.D EVER. This is the worst doctor I've ever met and let me tell you I've been to quite a few. My mother crying in pain and the doctor basically told us both we were stupid. Would not let me get a word out after explaining every reason she was there. He asked me many times if I was smarter than a doctor. Obviously I am not as I said to him. He was rude and mean as soon as he came into our room. He was unethical, arrogant. I don't understand how someone like this could be a doctor. The visit finished with him kicking us out. My mother left crying in pain and now is in the hospital. I would never ever recommend him to anyone ever. Nobody deserves to be treated like we did. He was awful.Also let me add... He told us over and over again my. Mother has a MASS. After contacting someone who was above him. She read us the file and it said a mass cannot be ruled out. It does not say SHE HAS A MASS.

Absolutely awful from the receptionist that waited on you in her own good time all the way to Dr Bruno Jones. The one really good person is the lab tech. He was personable, efficient and reassuring.Dr. Jones had no interest in getting to know you and you felt like you were interrupting something more important she had to do. She never gave me a foot neuropathy test that is standard of care for diabetics. She sent a new prescription to the pharmacy and never told me nor did she cancel the old prescription. If I had taken them both it could have cause serious problems. That was the final straw. I found a new Dr.

Been there since 2017 Ask for a piece of paper and a nurse practitioner for doctor Muro Start telling my business behind the door so everybody in the waiting room can hear her. laughing and joking about how I call too much and telling my person health business behind the counter,. the only way you can reach these dr leave a message This place is a waste of time.dont go after lunch happy hrs . Waste of your money unless you're 95🤔
