Dr. Guerra is the best physician I have ever had. He always listens and responds to my concerns and questions. He also thoroughly explains my conditions and medications in a way that I can understand. Dr. Guerra is not only a patient, caring professional, but his easy-going, friendly manner never fails to put me at ease and make me feel confidant that I am in the best possible hands!

Dr Guerra is the best, takes his time with each patient and makes sure that his patient understands what is going on. Dr Guerra has even called our home after hours checking after a procedure.

I, too, was told by Dr. Guerra that pain will not kill you, that it was of little concern. I have spinal stenosis, a narrowing of the spinal column that puts pressure on the spinal cord. Mine starts a little below the brain stem. My pain is of little concern....to him. Can't make grown people grow empathy. He has a lot to say, I just don't see much action, by him or the staff.

BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER KNOWN! If your looking for a doctor to just throw meds at you and hope for the best, your in the WRONG office. Dr. Guerra TAKES TIME with his patients. He LISTENS and has ALWAYS been spot on with his diagnosis. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Guerra after so many missed diagnosis, he has been such a blessing to our family.

Excellent Doctor when I lived in Lees Summit. He is an analytical and very thorough when it comes to diagnosing the problem. He explains in detail what it is, and what complications there are with no treatment. Then he lists multiple treatment options to fix it, and explains both the pros and cons to each treatment option and any potential risks or side effects (if it is medication). Finally, he would ask me which I would like to do based on all of that and let me make the decision. If he was cautious about a decision, he would explain why and make his suggestion, but still let me have full decision on how to proceed. Sure, communication is a factor, but he is extremely nice and very detail oriented, the way a Doctor needs to be.

He appears to me to be disconnected, thinking of something else. I feel like he's just going through the motions with no real concern for the patient. There appears to me to be no compassion there. He doesn't seem to care about the level of pain the patient is in. He has said that you won't die from it, so it is of little concern. Therefore, he won't give you anything to relieve it.
